Strength training can help increase muscle mass, boost metabolism, improve bone density, enhance joint flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury.


It is recommended to workout at least 3-4 times a week for optimal results.


Before a workout, it is recommended to eat a small meal or snack that is high in carbohydrates and low in fat. After a workout, focus on consuming protein to help repair and rebuild muscles.
